I really needed to practice drawing animals. Books don't help: I do better with live examples or pictures. I took a picture of my dog and decided to draw him. This was the result. He's pretty close to looking like this. The dark muzzle and the light grey fur really make his distinct. Add on that scarf my brother puts on him, and here we go.
